The County Auditor website deals with aspects of recording and assessing documents.

 

The online Recorded Document Search allows the user to search for recorded documents or map images.

Click the Login button at the bottom of the webpage to go to the login page where you choose your login options.

Click the Public Login button (if you do not have an account) to get to the webpage where you can search for documents by inputting criteria.

Example  Enter 3100613 in the Document Number box and press the Search button.

This will give you a new page with the search results.  Click on the result entry "Plat 3100613" to get some information about the 1910 plat (recorded in 1911) for the Spokane Country Club Tracts.  You can view the plat by clicking on the "View attachment" link in the left sidebar of that page. This will show a PDF file in your browser to view (with zoom or rotate), print, or save as a file.

 

Use Document Number 3101281 for the 1955 Replat of the Spokane Country Club Tracts which also contains the "Dedication" with the original conditions and covenants established by the Spokane Country Club.

 

Document Number 6151909 is the current CC&Rs, recorded in Nov 2012.
